SALAD STUFFED ROLLS

• 4 finger rolls or buns, then, cut in half and, then, hallow them out
• 3 tablespoons butter

          Spread rolls with butter and, then, fill with mixture of:

• 2 hard-cooked eggs – chopped
• 2 tablespoons celery – finely chopped
• 1/8 teaspoon pepper
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon onion juice
• 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
• 1/2 cup flaked salmon

Cookin’ Is Like Love … Sharing Recipe For

LEMON PINEAPPLE PIE

• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 1/2 tsp.salt
• 3 egg yolks beaten
• Juice of one lemon
• Small can crushed pineapple
• 1/2 stick of butter
• 2 cups sweet milk

     Add the three beaten egg yolks to the sugar.  Blend egg yolks together, thoroughly.  Add the remaining ingredients.  Mix everything well.  Put mixture in a double boiler and cook until the mixture is thick.  Then, place the mixture in a 9-inch baked pie shell; and refrigerate mixture for one hour, before serving.
